Agritourism

Feeding CalfWe love sharing our farm with school groups, families or anyone who would like to see how a dairy farm works. We typically set aside dates (generally in late spring or summer, when the weather is cooperative!) when we can accommodate tour groups. Participants get to ride on a hay wagon around the farm, learning about sustainable farming, animal husbandry and how we can be friends with the beautiful Nehalem river valley. Kids get a unique opportunity to feed baby calves, gather eggs, and see how we have been so richly blessed in this wonderful land.

We especially enjoy school groups! Many kids don't know how the food on their table starts out. Visiting our farm is a great opportunity for them to see firsthand.
